Well, what a day that was. A year in the planning and it’s all over for another 12 months. We were blessed with wonderful weather in the lead up to the show and on the day and that really helped to bring a bumper crowd to the Deer Park for the 109th event.
With less than two months to go until the big day, activity at show HQ is really starting to ramp up. This is the time when all those plans we’ve made during the winter months get put into action!
As a show with its roots in agriculture, promoting the links between farming and food and protecting the environment are key aims of ours. Although the show only happens once a year, we have a number of initiatives throughout the year for local schools to reinforce these important messages to young people.
